Introducing the HCG Weight Loss Program
HCG is a natural hormone produced by the body that can reduce the hunger signals sent by your brain to your body. This reduction can dramatically reduce your desire for food. HCG can also cause your body to release fat stored in stubborn areas that are typically difficult to reduce.
Regular injections of HCG coupled with a special diet can lead to profound weight loss. This weight loss can lower your cholesterol level, improve your blood pressure, reduce blood sugar and place less stress and strain on your vital organs and your musculoskeletal system. The HCG Weight Loss Program can cause a dramatic improvement in your health, your energy and your lifestyle.
The Four Phases of the HCG Weight Loss Program
Phase 1: Daily injections of HCG for 23 consecutive days
Our technicians will administer the initial injections and then teach you how to do it at home. Each injection simply involves inserting a small needle into fat tissue surrounding the abdomen.
*Women take note: Injections are stopped during menstruation and then resume at the conclusion of menstration.
Phase 2: The HCG Diet
Days 1-3 "Forced Feeding" - Eat as many fatty foods as you desire within your normal medical guidelines and parameters. This will fill your normal fat cells to capacity and help your body burn more fat. Daily HCG injections start.
Days 4-23 - Daily HCG injections continue with 500 calorie diet.
3 Weeks - All foods are allowed except starch and sugar in any form (careful with very sweet fruit).
3 Weeks - Very gradually add starch in small quantities.
Acceptable Diet Foods
Breakfast - Tea or coffee in any quantity without sugar. Only one tablespoonful of milk allowed in 24 hours. Saccharin or stevia may be used.
Lunch
1) 100 grams of veal, beef, chicken breast, fresh white fish, lobster, crab, or shrimp. All visible fat must be carefully removed before cooking, and the meat must be weighed raw. It must be boiled or grilled without additional fat. Salmon, eel, tuna, herring, dried or pickled fish are not allowed.
2) One type of the following vegetables: spinach, chard, chicory, beet-greens, green salad, tomatoes, celery, fennel, onions, red radishes, cucumbers, asparagus, cabbage.
3) 1 piece of Melba toast or 1 breadstick (grissino).
4) An apple, handful of strawberries, or ½ grapefruit.
Dinner
Same as lunch.
*Consume large quantities of water throughout the dieting period
Phase Three: Regular Checkups and Education
Patients will be required to attend a weekly class and have
regular checkups.
Visit 1- (Monday)

Visit 2- (2 days later)
- Review of lab results
- Injection #1 and self-injection instruction
- Become Weight Tracking
Visit 3- One week later
- Weight update
- Physical exam
- B12 injection
Visit 4- One week later
- Weight update
- Physical exam
Visit 5- One week later
- Weight update
- Physical exam
- B12 injection
- Food choice instruction and preparation for 3 week maintenance phase
Visits 6 and 7 - To be scheduled 3 weeks and 6 weeks after diet concludes
- Weight update
- Optional B12 injection
- Weight loss maintenance consultation
Phase Four: The last and most important phase is you.
